Judith holds a BFA and MFA in Fine Art from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has been exhibiting for over 30 years throughout the country. She currently resides in the bucolic Upstate New York countryside of Easton, Washington County, after retiring from university teaching at Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of South Carolina Upstate. She maintains studios both in the nearby village of Greenwich and in the town of Westford, Otesego County.

She has won numerous awards for her photography and is featured in !00 Artists Among Us – a publication honoring artists in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
